Routine Home Maintenance - 3 months free!
Our Routine Home Maintenance services are performed by Marigold Home Services’ trained technicians. In a quarterly visit, we will complete a variety of routine home maintenance items. Some are completed every quarter, and some are completed annually. The beauty is that the plan is entirely customizable to your home’s needs!
Included in this offer is one free consultation and one free routine maintenance visit to complete 4 quarterly and 1 annual service. During the consultation we will assess your home’s needs and what services we can provide for you. This is an important step because all homes are different and we need to be sure we can provide the services that will best meet your needs.
Our services are listed below, and will be selected during your consultation. If you’d like to add on additional services for a fee, you certainly can! You are under no obligation to continue services after the first quarterly visit.
Note: You must be the current homeowner and not currently engaged in a real estate transaction for the property to receive this offer.
