Mitigation + Services Team
Brett Lead Radon Mitigator
Brett is our lead Radon Mitigation Professional, as well as a Certified Professional Home Inspector. He is excellent at seeing what needs to be done, and rolling up his sleeves to solve the problem. He has experience in construction, has his welding certificate, and enjoys adding new skills to his skillset. Brett loves hunting and unwinds by spending time in the woods when he can, and gaming when he can’t. Brett, his wife, Alli, and their 2 kids, Jackson & Bennet live in Brooklyn Park, MN.
Jordan Radon Mitigation Assistant
Jordan is a quiet, steady, hard worker. He assists with Mitigation Installations and can be found adeptly assisting wherever needed. From loading and unloading materials, to digging suction pits, to assisting with complex builds, he is reliable and brings a friendly wit to the install. He enjoys listening to music and is father to three amazing kids: Donny, Ira, and Hazel. He is married to Erin and they live in Ramsey with their kids.
Noah Testing Lead
Noah is Licensed Radon Measurement Professional and is our Radon Testing Team Lead. He is a very friendly person and enjoys meeting and talking with clients. He wit, dedication, and knowledge are highly valued on our team. He enjoys playing basketball and gaming, and spending time with his girlfriend, India. He lives in Crystal, MN.
Derek Radon Testing Technician
Derek has been involved in the Real Estate industry for more than 20 years, and has his Real Estate License in addition to being a Licensed Radon Measurement Professional. He is knowledgable and reliable, and helps to lead our Radon team in ensuring our compliance with MN regulations and keeping up with this fast-paced market. In his free time he enjoys watching baseball, traveling, and he loves dogs. Derek has a very dry sense of humor and doesn’t take anything too seriously. He lives in Brooklyn Center with his wife, Andrea, and their dogs.

Jeff Estimator
Jeff has a background in IT and years of experience managing a large sports officials assigning organization, Jeff brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and customer service expertise to Marigold Home Services. He thrives on understanding clients’ needs and finding the best solutions to fit their homes and lifestyles. As a skilled estimator, he ensures that every client receives an accurate and tailored quote. Jeff is also a talented cartoonist who enjoys bringing creativity to life through his illustrations. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction make him an invaluable part of the team.
Zack Estimator
Zack is an amazing team player and dedicated to serving others. He brings his experience as a small business owner, board president, and many years of customer service to our Realtor partners and he is wonderful resource. Zack is originally from Anchorage, AK but has lived in Minnesota since 1980 and calls it home. He is very attentive to his family, and is his daughter’s biggest cheerleader as she is a competition dancer. Zack lives in Jordan with his wife, Michelle, and their daughter, Paelyn.
Josh Estimator
Josh has over 15 years in the construction industry, Josh has expertise in everything from asphalt and concrete work to roofing and siding. He also has a solid background in sales and business development, ensuring clients receive accurate quotes and customized maintenance plans. When he’s not crunching numbers, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. Whether skiing and snowboarding in the winter or heading up north to the family cabin in the summer, he’s always making the most of every season. Josh lives in Albertville with his wife and three boys.
Cole Handyman
Cole brings a lifetime of construction experience to Marigold Home Services. He spent 12 years in the carpenters union specializing in commercial construction before transitioning to a smaller company, where he took on both hands-on work and job management. Skilled in carpentry and general construction, Cole is a natural problem solver, always finding the best solutions on the job. He lives in Coon Rapids with his wife and three kids—two girls and one boy—and enjoys tackling projects that make homeowners’ lives easier.
Alycia Maintenance Technician
Alycia brings a strong blend of communication, adaptability, and attention to detail to Marigold Home Services. As a true people person, she excels in connecting with clients and working seamlessly with the team. Her willingness to learn and master new skills makes her a valuable asset in ensuring top-quality home maintenance. Alycia also has a passion for cleanliness and organization, making sure every space she works in is left in pristine condition. When she’s not keeping homes in top shape, she enjoys spending time with her two kids.

Maggie Client Care Manager
Maggie is a Minnesota transplant who stayed not only because she loved the people, but she loves the cold! Maggie leads our Client Care team in simultaneously providing the highest quality service to our clients and ensuring our inspection and services teams are set up for success. She is a Certified Professional Home Inspector, Licensed Radon Measurement Professional, as well as certified for many other ancillary services. Maggie is a wealth of information for anyone with questions about our services or the inspection process! She loves her cat Felix, Dr Pepper, and 2000’s throwbacks, and lives in Lakeville, MN, with her girlfriend, Alexa.
Britney Director of Operations
Britney oversees our client care team as well as the systems and processes that are the backbone of Marigold. She combines her experience in leadership, marketing, finance, and systems development and applies them in making our team cohesive and efficient. She’s passionate about healthy team culture, automations, and summer in Minnesota. She loves camping, gardening, and traveling. Britney lives in Dayton, MN with her husband, David, and their two boys, Parks & Remington.
Brynn Marketing Manager
Brynn is the creative driver behind Marigold’s social media presence. She’s passionate about understanding algorithms, researching trends! Brynn is also a licensed Realtor and she combines her unique combination of experiences and knowledge to create meaningful and engaging content for our target audience. Brynn is so genuine and kind, and her people-first focus is exactly the motivation we want behind our virtual voice, and we think she does a fantastic job of letting that shine through. Brynn lives in Maple Grove, MN.
Deb Client Care Coordinator
Deb brings many years of leadership in the service industry to our Client Care team, elevating our already high standards of building relationships and exceeding expectations! Some of Deb’s passions include hosting family and friends, serving on the Coon Rapids Youth Hockey Association Board, and planning events, and she applies her skills in organization, attention to detail, and care for people in all she does. She is married to Aaron, and they live in Coon Rapids with their sons, Jacob and Harrison.
Monique Client Care Coordinator
Monique is an integral part of our Client Care team, helping to ensure that all the details of every inspection and ancillary service are tended to in our fast-paced environment. She is an expert in the details and customer service, and has previously won Customer Service Excellence and Leadership Excellence Awards. Monique loves singing, cooking and reading, and spending time with her family. She lives in the Philippines with her husband, Aries, and their four children.
Sara Client Care Coordinator
Sara is our night and weekend warrior, keeping Marigold running when many of the deals in the Real Estate world are happening: after hours! She orchestrates and executes all of our services with ease; she is an excellent problem solver. She also provides top notch customer care and is very patient and kind. Sara is a homebody at heart and absolutely loves her 3 cats, Reese, Cookie, and Lucifer. Originally a midwesterner and not a fan of the cold, she now lives in Miami with her boyfriend, Bryan.
